Refund policy

At Sukkah Swag, LLC, we want you to love your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you may return it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.

Return Conditions:
Returns are accepted only for items that are damaged or defective upon arrival. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return. Items must be returned in their original packaging, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Process:
To start a return, please contact us here: https://sukkahswag.com/pages/contact with your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or defective item. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send the item back. After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items:
Returns will not be accepted for reasons other than damage or defect. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned.
